how it works

•  To sign up to the KINSHIP log in or create an account- click the ‘JOIN’ button above or to the the wine clubpage& follow the prompts. You'll need to choose your club type & quantity, select your wines if part of the Take Your Pick club, fill in your details, confirm your membership & voila! Congratulations, you're now part of our kinship!
• You’ll receive both a confirmation email & our ‘Welcome to the KINSHIP’ email with how it works & what we need from you; alternatively, you can find much of the information you need on the Wine Club FAQ.
• You'll also have access to your wine club portal when your logged into your account, where you can change your wine selection & update your details.
• Before the next KINSHIP club run, you’ll receive an email around 2-3 weeks before we expect to despatch. In this email, we’ll let you know the expected date we’ll ship your wines, remind you to make your wine selection (if you’ve chosen the ‘Take Your Pick' tier) & ask you to double check & update your delivery address & payment details. 
• Once the cut-off date for selecting wines arrives, your last wine choices will be locked on your portal, which means we’re already underway with packing and despatching your wines. 
•  Once your wines are on their way, you’ll receive an email with tracking. Then it won’t be long ‘til they’re in your hot little hands!

The T's & C's

• By being part of our kinship, you agree to receiving two delicious wine deliveries per annum.
• You can suspend or cancel your Kinship membership anytime after your second club run delivery, via kinship-wine-club-faq-how-tosyour wine club portal.
• You can also skip one of your wine club orders via the wine club portal.
• You agree to Cavedon Wines charging your card within the week prior to dispatch.
